About Us

Who in the world is Kathy O'Connor. Well there are a lot of us with that name and I am one of them, that is all. I love the Lord Jesus and want more than anything to do His will. I am not an organization.

There are so many I would love to tell and share with concerning His soon coming and the need to draw closer to Him. To hide in Him and take to Him all our worries and woes and like "Pilgrim" ("Pilgrims Progress") lay all our burdens on Him for He is more than strong enough and big enough to handle whatever we give Him. This study I hope will not only lead you to understand how much God gave to save you, that He had your salvation planned from the "foundation" of the world and that all of earths history has been under His surveillance. You might call the sanctuary schedule of feasts the arena for the sin problem. As some of you will note my grammar and spelling are poor and it is a wonder to me how I ever accomplished this study, I'm just not that smart! I give Him all the glory for I just typed, drew and prayed! I'm just a regular person.

I am sure that you would like to know a little bit more about just "who" I am so I hope this little bit gives you a glimpse into my life.

I attended Andrews Univ. in Berrien Springs, Michigan and graduated with a BA in History, French, Art, and Home Ec. with Certification in Secondary Education. I married a wonderful man on graduation day (we are still happily married) and since then have only subbed in the education field. We had 3 wonderful children and I was fortunate enough to be a stay-home mom. I am a Cradle Roll teacher in our church at the present but have taught most levels of Sabbath School. So as you can see I am just a regular person leading a regular life. This study is all His, none of it is mine. My son had to teach me how to use paint brush so as to make the graphs and models. However, doing this study over the last year in a half has brought me into a much deeper relationship with my Lord. I have always wanted to love Him as Paul did....I'm getting there.

These two Songs say it all:

"Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing"

Robert Robinson, 1758

Come, Thou Fount of every blessing, Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;  Streams of mercy, never ceasing, Call for songs of loudest praise.  Teach me ever to adore Thee, May I still Thy goodness prove,  While the hope of endless glory Fills my heart with joy and love.
Here I raise my Ebenezer, Hither by Thy help I've come,  And I hope by Thy good pleasure Safely to arrive at home.  Jesus sought me when a stranger, Wandering from the fold of God; He to rescue me from danger Interposed His precious blood.
O, to grace how great a debtor Daily I'm constrained to be!  Let Thy goodness, like a fetter, Bind me closer still to Thee.  Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it, Prone to leave the God I love;  here's my heart O, take and seal it; Seal if for They courts above.

"Let Every Lamp Be Burning"

F.E. Belden, 1886

Let every lamp be burning bright, The darkest hour is nearing; The darkest hour of earth's long night, Before the Lord's appearing.

Then trim your lamps, my brethren dear, Then trim your lamps with godly fear; The Master's coming draweth near, Let every lamp be burning.

Though thousands calmly slumber on, The last great message spurning, We'll rest our living faith upon His promise of returning.

Then trim your lamps, my brethren dear, Then trim your lamps with godly fear; The Master's coming draweth near, Let every lamp be burning.

His word our lamp, His truth our guide, We cannot be mistaken; Though dangers rise on every side, We shall not be forsaken.

Then trim your lamps, my brethren dear, Then trim your lamps with godly fear; The Master's coming draweth near, Let every lamp be burning.

Then let good works with faith appear, To help the world around us; Obedience brings the blessing near When faith has firmly bound us.

Then trim your lamps, my brethren dear, Then trim your lamps with godly fear; The Master's coming draweth near, Let every lamp be burning.

God bless as you study this document, please do it prayerfully.
